The 4-star **** apartment is located in a new 6-family town house in the Musicians Quarter and just steps away (about 200m) from the lake and marina. An ideal base for jogging, biking and walking on the lake. The popular musician district is located at the lake shore opposite the Old Town with the Haydn, Schubert, Bruckner and Beethoven Street. The finest condominiums of the area can be found in the Art Nouveau houses right on the lake road: 6,000, 7,000 or sometimes even 8,000 euros per square meter - here is sold and bought as expensive as possible.
